Quality control is taken extremely seriously at Egan Catering. We prepare all foods on site where events take place provided the venue has suitable licensed kitchens, this ensures that all food for functions is prepared under the strictest hygienic and food safety conditions, avoiding the practice of preparing food in one premises the day before and then transporting food to the venue where the function takes place. Our system is in the interest of best practice for health and safety. Where a venue does not have suitable kitchens we can provide state of the art fully licensed mobile kitchens. Our policy is to cater for one function on any given day ensuring that our clients have our undivided attention for their special day. All of our chefs are trained to the very highest international standards of food preparation and food safety systems including HACCP accredited.

Egan Catering has a fully legally compliant health and safety statement and full combined insurance cover.

Our company is fully licensed and approved by the H.S.E environmental health department.
